With the best interests of our members and staff in mind and with an abundance of caution, we have postponed our 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and community gathering event originally scheduled for March 29, 2020.
By regulation and good governance, we will have our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at 7:00 PM via audio/video conference. Our members will be able to participate in the AGM virtually, via live stream on the web or via telephone. Information on how to participate in the 2020 AGM will be posted on our web page at moyafinancia.ca and available in all our branches.
As a reminder, and for your convenience, Moya Financial continues to offer complete banking services online, as well as through a network of 4,500 fee-free ATMs across the country. Our AGM is an annual tradition for us here at Moya Financial, where we meet in person and celebrate our community. In that same spirit, we are now planning a very special Moya Member Appreciation Day as our way of saying thank you for banking with us and being a valued part of the Moya family. We will be hosting this event in the fall of 2020 where all members are welcome to enjoy a meal together, music, games, and prizes.
