2025 DIRECTOR CANDIDATES

BIOGRAPHIES OF THE 2025 DIRECTOR CANDIDATES

According to our credit union’s by-law, the Nomination & Member Relations Committee must ensure that all candidates have the experience, expertise and qualifications to serve on the Board of Directors. The Committee must ascertain which of the director candidates best fulfills the qualities that our regulator (Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario) requires, our Board of Directors seeks in the best interests of the credit union, and our members expect.

Candidates are also assessed based on alignment to our credit union’s values, demonstrated leadership and commitment to a team-based approach. The focus is on enhancing Board and governance processes and filling skills gaps on the Board.

The Nominating Committee therefore recommends William Logar, John Sustersic and Mark Zizek as the candidates who best fulfill the aforesaid requirements. You are encouraged to vote for these candidates to fill the board positions.
